5 DAYS SILENT RETREAT led by GURU SUDHIR

Welcome to this magical occasion where everyone can participate with or without experience.
Guru Sudhir holds only one Silent Retreat per year and in 2025 he chooses to hold it in Sweden again.
His passion to lead and share his knowledge comes from many of his spiritual experiences over the last 30 years.

Among other things, he lived as a monk for eight years and devoted himself to intensive meditation exercises.

About the retreat:
The retreat is held in English and is divided into 7 modules and will have fixed times for meditations, breathing exercises, yoga, lectures and meals.
It will include different meditation techniques to help discover your own strength, love and peace within.
All meals served by our local chef are vegetarian or vegan, locally grown & organic.
It is a beautiful setting on a horse farm with proximity to a quiet and beautiful nature near forest and water.

About Guru Sudhir:
Sudhir Rishi runs a school "Sthira Yoga" with his wife in Goa, India, where they train internationally certified yoga teachers.

He has taught and certified more than 120 groups (in 200 hours of YTTC) and 30 groups (in 300 hours of YTTC).
Besides that, he has traveled all over the world conducting retreats & workshops, training students in yoga, meditation, philosophy & Ayurveda.
