A retreat at Kollberggården on a lovely horse farm wonderful Öland when spring is at its best,
the birds and flowers have been given new life.

Arrival on Friday afternoon, when you have checked in, you can land on the yoga mat for a nice Mediyoga session with Susanne, then Åsa offers a magical sound journey - SoundHealing. Vegetarian food, cooked with love on locally grown vegetables from the island.

We start each morning with a nice softening Mediyoga or HormonYoga session.
Then breakfast and the opportunity to take a bubble bath or maybe a dip in Kalmarsund?
Lunch together, breathwalk to the strait, excursion to Alvaret with all the beautiful unique orchids
such as Adam & Eve. If you are interested in horseback riding, there is the possibility if you wish.
We will also eat island local body cakes, there are also vegetarian! We will make
a trip to a forest where wild garlic grows and the opportunity to pick some home with you is available.
